What forms of payment do you accept?

Adorning Elegance accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all Debit Cards through PayPal. When placing your order make sure that your size, color, and quantity are all correct. We also do money orders and cashier checks on mail orders only. Just leave an e-mail at adorningelegance@yahoo.com stating your item’s information (item number, name, size, color, quantity, and price), and upon confirmation you will receive an address to mail your money order to. As soon as your payment is received your order will be processed.

 

What happens if I order the wrong size or color?

All sales are final, except for the return of a damaged item. We do not exchange for size or color, so please take accurate measurements of your body and take advantage of the size chart on our website. 

 

What happens if I cancel an order?

Sure; you may cancel an order within 24 hours. Please email us letting us know that you would like to cancel your order. After 24 hours, your order can't be cancelled, because it would already be placed in processing and cannot be cancelled. Should you return an order, a 30% restocking fee will be taken from your refund for refused packages for restocking.

 

How do I know if items I want to purchase are in stock?

All items on our website are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to be in stock at all times. Please e-mail us at adorningelegance@yahoo.com to check for availability.

 

Can items be back ordered?

Once an item is sold out, it's completely taken out of inventory. Sometimes the item may be re-introduced in the line, but that's very rare, only if the item was high demand and vendors decided to re-introduce it. Items featured in a season are only for that season.  Once it sells out, it would not be featured in the next season.

 

If items are not available after order is placed, why are there charges added on my credit card?

When an order is placed, your credit card is automatically authorized, meaning the funds are placed on hold, but are not withdrawn from your account until the order is guaranteed to be in stock and ready to be shipped. If an item is out of stock when order is placed, we will release the authorization on your card, which means the funds on hold will settle back into your account. Normal settlement time is the same business day or depending on your bank, up to three or four business days.

 

What designers do you carry?

We carry DVC Exclusive, Donna Vinci Italy, Donna Vinci Couture, and Lisa Rene with more coming soon. 

 

Are phone orders accepted?

No, phone orders are accepted at the time, but you can e-mail your orders in. However, we only accept money orders and cashiers checks for mail orders. All payments must clear before any order will be shipped. PayPal is also available if you do not have a major credit card. You can go through PayPal and use your checking account if you have a PayPal account. 

 

How safe is the internet?

This site is guaranteed safe and secure.

 

What method do you use to ship?

We use every form of shipping (ex. – USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL).

 

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we don’t ship internationally at the time.
